Hello, I'm Tamara Timmons, the author of "Be the Leader Employees are Seeking" and the visionary behind H.U.M.A.N.S.-1st Coaching & Consulting.

My journey, from a seasoned corporate leader to a transformative coach and author, has been fueled by a deep passion for empowering individuals in their professional and personal lives.

With more than twenty-five years in the corporate world as a leader, I've seen firsthand the challenges and triumphs that affect individuals in various roles.

The Pattern

I began to notice a pattern. Regardless of industry, size, or economy, the core issues remain the same.

It was and is about people. In fact, these employees have been telling us what they need all along.

It was then that I decided to package these familiar messages in a book.

It is the compilation of 19 consistent messages by employees expressing their need for help.

I harnessed these similarities, bundled them into an easy-to-follow format, and refer to them as the pillars that make up the H.U.M.A.N.S.-1st Technique™.

All in all, it’s a simplistic approach that emphasizes empathy, understanding, and a people-first mindset.
